Apple announced a raft of new products today, including the Mac Mini, a very tasty CPU whose power features belie its diminutive size. We may find ourselves seriously considering a purchase — but frankly, we still lust after the Power Mac G5, which is (you guessed it) liquid-cooled.

By the way, macmini.com is also wasted (and not by Apple).
