That is, "not in my back-yard," referring to people's reluctance to have some undesirable industry (like a dump or power plant) locate near their own homes. Looks like somebody bought themselves a virtual backyard and then didn't want to host anything there.
We think of this tonight, because we just hosted a MicroChurch barbecue this evening — a perfectly delightful thing to have in one's backyard.
