History

The Fourth of July comes three days early in Canada, with Canada Day commemorating the July 1, 1867, establishment of the Canadian Confederation. Needless to say, it's a shame that canadaday.com is wasted — but the good news is that canadaday.us is available. If you can stand the cognitive dissonance, buy now! (But we beg you: please don't waste it too.)

Note to the thin-skinned and humor-impaired: Yes, we realize that calling Canada Day Canada's "Fourth of July" is ridiculous and US-centric. Thanks for noticing.
