perfectgame.com On May 18, 2004, Randy Johnson ("The Big Unit") pitched a perfect game for the Arizona Diamondbacks against the Atlanta Braves — only the seventeenth time in Major League Baseball history this has been accomplished. A perfect game is one in which a pitcher does not allow a single batter to reach base by any means: no hits, no walks, no hit batsmen — and since it also requires no fielding errors, catcher's interference, or dropped third strikes, it's really an achievement of the whole team. Unfortunately, it takes only one lamester to waste a domain.
